Overview

SIND Inc. develops and provides “Caretomo,” an AI-powered SaaS solution that reduces documentation workload for nurses and helps improve the quality of healthcare. By combining advanced generative AI with our proprietary technology, we are driving digital transformation (DX) in hospitals and creating an environment where healthcare professionals can spend more time with patients.

As a Sales Representative, you will not simply sell software—you will work as a consultative partner, helping hospitals identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve clinical workflows.

Why Join Us?

◇ Become a Driving Force Behind Healthcare DX ◇

Rather than simply introducing a product, you will partner with hospitals to understand their operational challenges and propose solutions that improve efficiency through AI.

Your clients will include hospital administrators, directors of nursing, nurse managers, and frontline nurses. Because every hospital has different workflows and challenges, this role requires a consultative approach built on listening, problem-solving, and long-term relationship building.

◇ Grow with a Fast-Scaling Venture ◇

Hospitals across Japan are actively requesting demonstrations and trials of Caretomo, and our business is expanding rapidly.

Beyond sales activities, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to sales strategy, improve sales processes, and work directly with the executive team to help shape the company’s growth.

As the company grows, you’ll also have opportunities to advance into leadership positions such as Sales Leader, Sales Manager, or Business Unit Manager.

◇ Make a Meaningful Impact Through AI ◇

Caretomo helps reduce nurses’ documentation workload and overtime while improving operational efficiency.

Your work directly contributes to creating a better working environment for healthcare professionals and ultimately improving patient care.

Few sales roles offer the opportunity to see such a tangible social impact from your work.

◇ Build a High-Value Career in SaaS Sales ◇

If you have experience in solution sales or B2B sales, you’ll be able to leverage and further develop your skills in:

  • SaaS Sales
  • Consultative Sales
  • Healthcare IT Sales
  • Solution-Based Selling

This position offers an excellent opportunity to build long-term career value in one of Japan’s fastest-growing industries.

You will be responsible for proposing Caretomo, our AI-powered nursing documentation platform, to hospitals across Japan.

Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, you will manage the entire sales process—from prospecting through implementation support and post-sales follow-up.

  • Conduct outbound sales activities via phone and email
  • Follow up and nurture existing leads
  • Conduct online and in-person sales meetings and product demonstrations
