Responsibilities:

This position is primarily remote, combining work from home with business travel. Your main role is to support the seamless adoption of our conversational AI system for nursing documentation, "Caretomo."

  • Provide implementation support for "Caretomo."
  • Conduct training sessions and explain system operations to hospital staff.
  • Handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to system usage.
  • Perform post-implementation follow-ups and propose operational improvements.
  • Provide advice on efficiency improvements using system data.
  • Support proposals for practical improvements in the clinical setting.
  • Communicate closely with hospital staff nationwide to ensure smooth system implementation and enhance operational efficiency.

Business Travel :

  • This position involves regular travel to client hospitals.
  • Frequency: Typically 1-2 trips per month, with a maximum of 4. Each trip lasts approximately 3-5 days.
  • Details: The specific schedule and frequency will be determined in consultation with you. Initial visits will be to nearby medical institutions, with travel expanding as you become more familiar with the role.


Salary & Bonus

  • Monthly Salary: From JPY 302,400
  • Allowances:
    • Full reimbursement for expenses related to overnight business trips.
    • Full reimbursement for work-related transportation expenses.

Employment Type

  • Full-time (Permanent)
  • Probation Period: 3 months (no change in conditions).

Work Style

  • Work Hours: 8 hours per day, scheduled between 8:00 and 20:00.
  • Break Time: 60 minutes.
  • Details: Day shifts only. No on-call duties. Travel is required, with direct travel to/from client sites permitted.

Holidays

  • Full weekend off (Saturday and Sunday) and national holidays.
  • More than 8 days off per 4-week period.
  • Year-end and New Year holidays.

Work Environment

Work is performed remotely from home, supplemented by business trips to client hospitals. You will not be required to commute to an office. Please note that you will need to provide your own PC for work.

Application Requirements

Required:

  • Must hold a Registered Nurse (正看護師) license (Practical Nurse/准看護師 license is not accepted).
  • Must have a personal PC and be proficient in basic PC operations (Word, Excel).
  • Must be available to travel (4-5 days per trip, up to 4 times a month).
  • Available to start in June or July.

Welcomed Experience:

  • No prior experience in a corporate environment is necessary.
  • All educational backgrounds are welcome.
  • Experience in an acute care ward is a plus.
