Responsibilities:
You will visit hospitals nationwide that are implementing or trialing our system, providing system training, implementation support, and helping ensure the system is fully embedded into daily operations.
You will also be involved in the full process from trial through to full adoption, including online and on-site trial support, mid-trial follow-up, and support in closing the deal, as well as helping prepare proposal and reporting materials.
- Provide implementation support for "Caretomo."
- Conduct training sessions and explain system operations to hospital staff.
- Provide on-site support during hospital trials.
- Support and monitor usage during the trial period.
- Handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to system usage.
- Perform post-implementation follow-ups and propose operational improvements.
- Provide advice on efficiency improvements using system data.
- Support proposals for practical improvements in the clinical setting.
- Support closing activities toward full adoption.
- Help prepare proposal materials, reports, and review/retrospective materials.
- Communicate closely with hospital staff nationwide to ensure smooth system implementation and enhance operational efficiency.
【Business Travel】
- This position involves regular travel to client hospitals nationwide, typically 2-3 trips per month.
- Each trip lasts approximately 5 business days (e.g., traveling to the site on Monday and returning on Friday).
- Travel is generally conducted on weekdays (Mon-Fri); weekends and public holidays are normally off.
- A training period is in place, during which you will always be accompanied by a colleague until you are ready to work independently, so you can learn the role with confidence.
Salary & Bonus
Monthly Salary: JPY 330,000 - 450,000 (determined based on experience and skills)
〈Allowances〉
- Full reimbursement for transportation, overnight business trip costs, and expenses (e.g., masks).
- Travel allowance: JPY 10,000 per trip (JPY 12,500 per trip from the 3rd trip onward in a given month).

Employment Type
- Full-time (Permanent)
- Probation Period: 3 months (no change in conditions).
Work Style
- Work Hours: Standard hours are 9:00-18:00 (8 working hours, 60-minute break).
- Details: Hours may shift earlier or later depending on client meetings, hospital visits, business travel, and other work needs. Day shifts only.
Holidays
- Full weekend off (Saturday and Sunday) and national holidays.
- More than 8 days off per 4-week period.
- Year-end and New Year holidays.
Work Environment
Your main work locations will be on-site visits to hospitals implementing or trialing our system, as well as our Tokyo office. Our Tokyo base is currently a satellite office in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, and we plan to relocate to the Shinjuku/Shibuya area around July-August 2026. On days without travel, you will generally work from the Tokyo office or remotely, depending on your work and team coordination needs.
Application Requirements
《Required》
- Must hold a Registered Nurse (正看護師) license (Practical Nurse/准看護師 license is not accepted).
- At least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Must have a personal PC and be proficient in basic PC operations (Word, Excel).
- Able to travel nationwide to hospitals (approximately 2-3 trips per month, 5 business days of on-site work per trip).
- Able to accommodate a travel schedule of traveling to the site on Monday and returning on Friday.

- Experience working in a corporate environment is a plus.
- All educational backgrounds are welcome.
- Experience in an acute care ward is a plus.
